Power for all is the growing need of the moment. Requirement for power is increasing by leaps and bounds. East India Udyog Limited has been engaged in the production of transformers for the power sector both in India and abroad. The self contained unit manufactures all the sub-components required in the manufacture of power transformer, distribution transformer, three phase transformer, dry type transformer, single phase transformer and wound core transformer. The in-house facilities include core slitting, coil making, core & coil assembly, tank & radiator fabrication. Power transformer, distribution transformer, three phase transformer, dry type transformer, single phase transformer and wound core transformer manufactured by EIUL is renowned for comprehensive quality testing. Other unique tests like impulse test, dynamic and thermal short circuit test are conducted at prominent autonomous laboratories.

POWER TRANSFORMER

EUIL designs and manufactures power transformer upto 16 MVA, 66 KV class. Power Transformer is copper wound, with on-load/off-load tap changer and oil filled. Designed using the latest CAD software, power transformer & distribution transformer cut line costs and line loss as per IS & IEC standards. Increasing the quality and reliability of the electrical supply systems is the underlying aim of the power transformer manufactured by EIUL. Each and every power transformer and distribution transformer is subject to routine tests widely recognized the world over.

DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER

Distribution Transformer upto 03MVA, 11 & 33 KV class are widely accepted in the power sector. The distribution transformer is copper/aluminium wound. One power transformer and distribution transformer of each type are subject to type tests like Air Pressure, Vacuum and unbalanced current tests. The power transformer and distribution transformer are designed to meet the manifold requirements of the customer like short circuit, withstanding high voltage, maintenance, etc.

THREE PHASE TRANSFORMER

In the present scenario when fluctuations are common, to achieve voltage stabilization, three phase transformer is essential. EIUL manufacture three phase transformer upto 11 KV class, which are wound core transformer/stack core. Three phase transformer are copper/aluminium wound type transformer, with on-load/off-load tap changer and oil filled. Recognised in the power sector for ease of erection and maintenance, three phase transformer and single phase transformer are subject to performance checks to ensure that they meet international standards.

DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

Copper wound dry type transformer upto 11 KV class and conforming to IS & IEC standards are manufactured by EIUL. The dry type transformer by EIUL is nomex paper covered. The fully assembled dry type transformer is also subject to routine tests in well equipped laboratories. The dry type transformer and single phase transformer are high quality transformers with minimal losses. With its own lamination processing plant, facilities for sheet metal fabrication of transformer tanks, pressed steel radiators and transformer oil refinery, EIUL, delivers products like dry type transformer of world class standards.

WOUND CORE TRANSFORMER

Single phase wound core transformer and three phase wound core transformer comprise the wound core transformer range manufactured by EIUL. The components and sub assemblies used in three phase transformer and single phase transformer, wound core transformer are also subject to stringent quality tests to meet client’s requirements.
